Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang is a pulmonologist at Coastal Pulmonary Associates in Encinitas and Vista. She is the practice’s Director of Pulmonary Integrative Medicine. She earned her medical degree at the University of Maryland and trained at UC San Diego, where she was chief medical resident and completed pulmonary and critical care fellowship training. She is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, and integrative medicine. Her focus includes general lung care, COPD care, and mindfulness training.
