Dr. Chang completed his plastic surgery training at UCSF, where he served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery, and he remains on the volunteer clinical faculty. He has run his private practice since 2009. His work includes breast reconstruction with DIEP flaps, breast augmentation and lifts, body contouring, facial rejuvenation, hand surgery, and gender-affirming surgery.
