In his 37 year career, he has performed more than 20,000 facial surgeries, including over 6,500 rhinoplasties. He also performs facelifts, eyelid surgery, and facial feminization surgery. Dr. Sykes earned his medical degree from George Washington University and trained at Northwestern University. He served as Director of Facial Plastic Surgery at UC Davis Medical Center for over 30 years. He was President of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2010.
